Account receivable management
Mental Health Management provides complete account management
including comprehensive billing and claims management. Our courteous
staff is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Mountain Standard Time to answer any questions that you or your
patients may have.
Insurance and patient billing
In order to provide our clients with prompt payments MHMI files all
of your insurance claims on a weekly basis. Our service includes
filing secondary and tertiary claims in order to collect the largest
possible amount from insurance carriers. This will provide you with
greater revenue and save your patients money.
Verification of benefits
MHMI will verify all of your patient’s insurance benefits so you
can know important co pay and deductible information before your
client’s first visit.
Monthly reports
Each month MHMI will provide you with detailed
reports that allow you to keep track of your practice as well as
individual
patient’s accounts. These reports allow you to see individual
aging for each of your patient’s accounts and also show you the
patient’s share of the bill.
Soft-core collections
Mental Health Management will pursue payment from insurance carriers
and patients on delinquent bills. We understand how important it is
to be properly reimbursed for your time and will strive to get you
every dollar owed to you.
Online bill pay for patients
MHMI provides your patients with the ease and flexibility of paying
bills on line. Patients can log on any time of the day or night and
pay their bills from the comfort of their own home. Your patients
can even agree to have their co pay charged automatically to their
credit or debit card every time they have a visit.
